I encountered an issue where I was asked to generate an infographic twice, and my credits were deducted twice as well. The problem occurred when after generating the infographic the first time, I wasn't directed to the transcription page. When I refreshed the page, it prompted me to re-upload the audio file, resulting in my credits being deducted twice.
